Kort beskrivning:

TP316 rostfria stålrör. Sort 316 är standardkvaliteten för molybdenhaltiga stål, näst mest producerad bland de austenitiska rostfria stålen efter 304. Molybden ger 316 bättre korrosionsbeständighet överlag än sort 304, särskilt högre motståndskraft mot punktkorrosion och spaltkorrosion i kloridmiljöer.
